At Concrete Collaborative, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our architectural surfaces and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If your selection is not the perfect fit for your project, our return process is designed to handle your architectural materials with care.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verify eligibility for your specific product line.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your unused tiles or slabs in their original crates or packaging to ensure these heavy-weight items are stabilized and protected against breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Logistics

  Schedule a pickup with a specialized freight carrier; please note that due to the weight and nature of concrete products, return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned materials to confirm they are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
